Intro to NET Group: $25/60 minutes, which can be applied to your first appointment when scheduled in the same month as the group attended.

Bowers Counseling and Wellness is out-of-network with insurance providers as we are a private pay practice. However, you may elect to use your HSA or FSA towards the cost of sessions.
Please note that NET and Wellness Coaching are not recognized as counseling services and typically are not covered by insurance.

Each month, the following groups are held in the salt cave at Salty:
Intro to NET: Ideal for anyone who is new to or has never heard of Neuro Emotional Technique(NET) and/or anyone who is interested in meeting me and learning more about the techniques I use and what I do.
Group Healing: 60-90 min dependent on group size. This therapy group is designed for individuals 18+ who are ready to release stuck or heavy emotions and reconnect with themselves in a supportive group setting. Together, we’ll create a safe, guided space to process and clear emotions with the support and healing energy of the group. Whether you're navigating stress, grief, anxiety, or simply want to feel more emotionally balanced, this group offers a powerful opportunity to be seen, heard, and supported. Experience the deep impact of shared healing and walk away feeling lighter, more connected, and more at peace.
Intro to NET is also offered virtually.

Are you accepting new clients?

What are your fees?
Fees vary depending on the services you select.

Do you work with couples or families?
I work with individual clients ages 13+, however, I do very often include family and other supports in treatment and am happy to facilitate support sessions.
Do you accept insurance?
Like many specialty providers, I do not participate in any insurance plans and my services are considered out-of-network. Paying out-of-pocket is a great option for people who want maximum privacy, confidentiality, and flexibility in their care.

Is my information kept confidential?
Yes, your privacy is of utmost importance. The information you share will be kept confidential aside from your giving your therapist written permission and consent to share as needed. There are a few exceptions that we’ll cover in detail during your first session.
Do you offer virtual / online appointments?
Yes, and we work with clients worldwide!
How many sessions can I expect to attend?
Therapy can last anywhere from a few sessions to several months or years. This depends on your wants and needs, the types and intensity of symptoms, and the complexity of the issue(s). You may choose to end therapy at any time and we’re happy to provide you with referrals to other providers as needed.
